Ideally, your Indian Head Massage session will take place in a warm, pleasant and relaxing environment. The atmosphere will be really chilled with calm music quietly playing and scented candles burning.
On your first visit, I will spend some time with you asking about your medical history, lifestyle and sleep patterns, (short health declaration to be signed).
Your treatment will then be explained to you and I will invite you to ask questions on which you may seek clarity.
You will then be given a choice - to sit in an up-right comfortable position in a low-backed chair, or to position yourself in a specialised Indian Head Massage chair or to lie on a treatment table.
After balancing the Chakras, I will apply a variety of light but firm movements across your neck, shoulders, upper back, head and face.
Indian Head Massage removes toxins from the body that need to be flushed out so you must drink lots of water.
Upon completion of the session you may feel invigorated or slightly dizzy and need to go to the loo.
We will then discuss your experience and I will give you advice on after care and make recommendations for further sessions.
The above description applies to a conventional Upper Body Indian Head Massage session. Depending on the clients situation and where a session takes place the time spent and the services offered will be adapted accordingly. For your convenience all my treatments are carried out in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Please contact to discuss your individual treatments and prices.
